About Joe
Born and bred in Scotland and now making Hong Kong home, Joe has always had a love of music and movement. He spent many years of performing in musical theatre, and on discovering the XYZ cave, fitness and spinning became the logical next step. Having swapped the stage for the saddle, Joe hasn’t looked back since.
