CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE ARRIVALS

At XYZ, we want to encourage positive energy exchange and to create the best class experience for everyone. Therefore, we feel it’s important to implement the following policies.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please remember late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class. Late arrivals will be considered as a no-show.

Please also keep in mind clients cannot swap classes within twelve hours of their class. If you wish to switch classes, it will require another credit.

*** It’s recommended to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class start time to complete the mandatory health and safety checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes to ensure fairness for all clients. Any late cancellations will result in the class not being re-credited to your account.

  • If a client commits three consecutive no-shows within a months’ time, this will result in a week’s suspension of class bookings. During this period the client cannot book in for any classes.
  • Please note each client is now limited to two bookings per class, to ensure bikes/mats are being filled and more clients have an opportunity to book in.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen situations happen. Therefore, we welcome clients to email us to review our policies on a case-by-case basis.
