Growing up a multi-sport athlete and having served in the Thai military, Tee ultimately found yoga asana, functional mobility training and breathwork to be his main practices. They keep him active, nimble and strong in body and mind while challenging him every single day to give his body and soul what they need. Tee leverages his knowledge and experience as a full-time Science Educator to improve fitness and health intelligently and safely.
