A lot has happened in the past 12 months, and I’ve made a lot of new friends along the way. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the support, laughter and guidance that has been provided to me when I needed them most. Unconditional and genuine, it’s been amazing. I’m also thankful for all the riders in my class for sticking with me…even though I go a little crazy sometimes :-)
I am thankful for the sun creeping through on a cloudy day, the smell of a cookie straight out of the oven. The unexpected phone call, just to say hi, the hug of a friend when you didn’t even know you needed one. The resilience of XYZ riders, the smiles of XYZ front desk, the support of the XYZ team you don’t see, and of course the XYZ Instructors that stand beside me and in front of you reminding us all to be the best versions of ourselves.
Thankful for the opportunities and challenges life has been throwing my way every day. Thankful for my family, friends, and the amazing XYZ team which sets the bar high for everyone to follow! For being healthy to be able to kick ass every day, to inspire and be inspired by the amazing bunch of souls around Hong Kong, Asia and the whole world!
I’m thankful for loving friends and family around the world, an amazingly fun and diverse team of motivators to work with and learn from everyday, and a community of rhythmically obsessed XYZ riders who challenge me every single ride.
I’m grateful for my new life in Asia and being able to pursue a new career in Hong Kong as an XYZ Instructor and for being embraced fully by this wonderful community. It is testament that big changes can happen; one step at a time with courage and perseverance. But most of all I’m grateful for my gorgeous little doggy!! I’m obsessed!
I am thankful for the full spectrum of my experiences this past year, especially the scary, embarrassing, demoralising, and humbling ones. Going through those episodes reminded me that I’m strong, and they built my resilience so that I’m ready to receive and fully appreciate the good that flows my way.
This year I’m so thankful for the opportunities that have come my way, my family and friends, new and old that have helped heal me from past pain, strengthening me in mind, body and spirit, and bringing me to the present where I feel true, genuine fulfilment in all that I do.
This year I am extremely thankful for the solid support system I have surrounding me. I’m blessed to have the love of my friends and family over here in Hong Kong, who all helped me stay sane when I was waiting for the green light from Immigration. They helped give me purpose in my day to day actions when I felt like I had none.
Family and friends are what’s important to me. This year especially they ave proved just how much they are always there for me. I am thankful for having my sister here in Hong Kong and for my family who make the effort to visit so often. I am also thankful for having the best friends anyone could ask for.
I’m grateful for the love, support and kindness I experience everyday through family, friend and strangers! I am thankful to have found a second family in the XYZ community where I can inspire, get inspired and celebrate everyday. Last but not the least, I’m thankful for all the setbacks I faced this year that tested my faith, formed me and helped me discover new faith, residence and strength within myself.
I am thankful for all the positive and negative experiences I have encountered throughout the entire year, as it has only made me more driven and determined to reach my personal goals. I am thankful for all my friends I’ve made and being able to inspire people through instructing.
